We ship only within the United States (Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories included). If your order is over $100 and you live in the lower 48 states, then the shipping is free. For orders that are under $100, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, you will be charged freight. We have standard shipping rates set for each item based on their weight and size. Please allow for 1-2 business days for handling time on all orders. We ship Monday-Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific. All orders submitted before 11:59 AM pacific should ship the same day (if in stock). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions! Returns are accepted within 15 business days of product being shipped. Each Dollar Tactical Supply customer MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. An item that has been used, assembled, installed, or is not in the same condition as received CANNOT be returned. Important: All returns must have original packaging and components. A return without the original box, paperwork, parts, etc. will not be given a refund.

Each return will be inspected by a Dollar Tactical Supply staff member to ensure it follows the return guidelines. The customer is responsible for shipping on all returns. If the wrong item is sent out, we will not charge the customer shipping to return the item. Items may be exchanged within 15 business days of shipping. Defective & damaged items may have to be returned directly to the manufacture in some cases. All product warranties must go through the manufacture of the item.
